Bridge Point West Midlands CIC is a Birmingham-based community health and wellbeing organisation dedicated to improving health, independence and social connectedness across our communities. We work with older adults, unpaid carers, vulnerable individuals and families experiencing social isolation, financial hardship, poor health or barriers to accessing support.
Through trusted partnerships with NHS services, Nacro, community centres, breakfast clubs, housing providers and other local organisations, we deliver preventative community programmes that help people live healthier, more connected lives.
Our services include the Bridge Point Healthy Living & Wellbeing Programme, Healthy Kitchen & Wellbeing Hub, Care for Carers, digital inclusion, community activities, social outings and our referral-based mobile food bank. Food is one of the ways we engage people, but our wider mission is to reduce loneliness, improve wellbeing, promote healthy living and strengthen community resilience.
As a not-for-profit social enterprise, we reinvest every surplus into expanding community services, building partnerships and delivering measurable social impact across Birmingham.
Our mission is simple — to bring nutritious food, dignity, and hope directly to families and individuals across the West Midlands.
A West Midlands where no one faces food poverty and everyone has access to the essentials needed to thrive.
Dignity & Choice – Everyone deserves respect and the freedom to choose.
Accessibility – We bring help to where people are.
Community – Together, we build stronger, more resilient neighbourhoods.
Compassion – Every person matters.

This service-priority structure ensures urgent needs are addressed fairly and consistently. NHS referrals receive first attention, followed by Nacro, Birmingham City Council, food banks, community centres, and NNS partners. The +60 programme and community raffle support every level, helping Bridge Point coordinate resources, avoid duplication, and deliver timely, dignified assistance.
